The PADI Scuba Diver
certification is perfect for junior
divers ages 10-12 or for people that
have limited time during their
vacation.
This certification allows you to
dive to a maximum depth of 40ft/12m
with a diving professional.

days
Course outline:
Day 1:
9 am-2 pm: Watch the
Training DVD and study the first three
chapters of the PADI open water
manual, complete knowledge reviews
and quizzes. Complete the confined
water class in the pool covering the
material from the first three
chapters of the manual.
DAY 2:
8 am- 2 pm: Open water training
dives 1 & 2 to a maximum of
40ft/12m. The 1st dive
is a relaxing dive allowing you the
time to get to know yourself and the
fish under the water. During the 2nd
dive you will need to repeat some of
the skills that you previously
learned during confined water
training, after which you will enjoy
underwater exploration. Upon
returning from the dives, you will
be shown how to properly rinse and
store your gear, log your dives and
get your certification card
processed. CONGRATS!!!
NOTE:
Once you are a certified PADI Scuba
Diver, you can upgrade to the PADI
Open Water certification simply by
completing the remaining segments of
the course with a PADI instructor.
